Important: By using the Tiger VPN service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read this document carefully before using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and Tiger VPN ("Service", "We", "Our").

By using, downloading, or installing the Tiger VPN application, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
  • You have the right to enter into a legally binding agreement

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Tiger VPN is a virtual private network (VPN) service that provides:

  • A secure and encrypted connection between your device and the internet
  • Protection of your privacy and personal data
  • Access to a global network of servers

We strive to ensure 100% service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation due to possible technical work or factors beyond our control.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Tiger VPN, you agree:

  • Not to use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Not to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Not to use the service to distribute malware, spam, or phishing
  • Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Not to share your account details with third parties

Attention: Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of your account without the right to a refund.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Tiger VPN offers various subscription plans. Payment is made through Apple In-App Purchases.

  • The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.

5. Refund Policy

Since all payments are processed through the Apple App Store, refunds are governed by Apple's policy. We cannot directly refund purchases made through the App Store.

6. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and adhere to a strict zero-logs policy. We do not track or store information about your internet activity.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Tiger VPN is not liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or other damages resulting from the use of the service
  • Loss of data or service interruptions
  • Actions of third parties or problems with your internet connection

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Continued use of the service after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
