If you experience connection issues, try the following: restart the app, check your internet connection, try a different server, make sure you have an active subscription, update the app to the latest version from the App Store, restart your device. If the problem persists, contact our support team through the "Contact" section — we'll respond within 24 hours.

Tiger VPN subscription is managed through your Apple ID. To cancel your subscription: open the "Settings" app on iPhone/iPad, tap your name at the top, select "Subscriptions", find Tiger VPN, tap "Cancel Subscription". You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period. Canceling will stop automatic renewal.
